The bunglow is being demolished and a new bunglow is being built. Both Alia and Ranbir are investing money together in this bunglow. The price of this bunglow is more than Shahrukh Khan's bunglow 'Mannat' and Amitabh Bachchan's bunglow Pratiksha.
